1. Information you submit: name/contact person, company name, contact details (mobile number, WeChat ID, or email — choose one), industry, services of interest, estimated start date, and the description of your business needs via the "Book a Diagnosis" form.

2. Visit and source information: page paths visited, referrer, and UTM parameters. We use this to understand channel performance; it is not used to identify you personally.

3. Technical information: when you submit a form, we record an irreversibly hashed IP identifier and browser type for anti-spam and security purposes. Raw IPs are not stored for profiling.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as national ID numbers or bank account details through this website.
